Returns and Exchanges
RETURN POLICY:
We do not refund because we take pride in adding details on items in our descriptions. However if the item does not fit we will allow an exchange or store credit with the same dollar amount. The original item purchased must be sent back to us in its same condition it was shipped to you.
You’ll have up to 5 days from when you received the item to return it to us the customer pays shipping fees.
Steps to move forward are listed below:
1. Within 5 days of your receipt, email EshaysBoutique.com with the order # and reason for the exchange.
2. Ship the item back using a shipping service that can be tracked: USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.
3. Keep your tracking # to confirm item or items have been delivered.
In order for the return to be accepted, it must be new, no signs of wear, smoke or fragrance.
ITEMS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND NO STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
